Sam and his luck

Sam was a young 26 year old smart reasonably good qualified boy, could have got into any good job, but always left the job within 2-3 months of stay with any company

one of those days when he went to meet his friend in his motorcycle showroom, there he meet a bank sales person, that sales person asked him why don't he get a motorcycle on bank loan as formalities as fairly simple, down payment is just 100Rs and rest he can pay in installments and as security just copy of the pan card, after resisting from this tempting offer Sam finally gets the motorcycle by paying just 100Rs, as he was unemployed and lazing around those days he could have paid  the installment of the bike but deliberately defaulted the payments , this went on like 8 month, one day bank recovery guys came and took his bike back, all he had paid to use this bike for 8 months is 100RS.

As expected soon Sam got bored with the Mumbai as well and decides to go to Dubai try his luck, he called his friend to find a job for him, as time were good for Sam his friend soon arranged a job for him at a call center for a bank , soon he started his new job selling credit cards, personal loans and business setup  loans, it did not took him much time to learn the procedure to get a personal loans or a business setup loans, as time would have, he got bored with this job as well within 4 months, but he stayed in the job for 2 years to make some money and understand the banking procedure completely, during this period he had spend lot of time reading banking manuals and spend time networking with people.

After working for the bank for 2 years he quit his job and started a small general trading company, he kept this company small for 6 months, these six months used to make a suppliers database and made a project report for expanding his small general trading company into a big super market and applied for loan of 8 Million AED with the same bank he worked for, as staff were his ex colleague and his paper work were perfect, it did not took him much time to get his business setup loan approved.

To show some progress before the loan amount transferred to his account, he took a place in the prime location and started doing interior of the super market, it didn't took much time for bank to transfer the loan amount to his account, as soon as Sam received the loan amount , the first thing he did was immediately he withdraw all the money and hawala transferred it to Mumbai in his account. and took the very next flight and quit Dubai forever and  erase Dubai from his memory

This was a very well pre planed fraud, he made 10 crore IRS.

With this money Sam started an import - export company in Mumbai and things were going great for him, he was a busy man, 8 years now that he got network offices in UK, Australia and USA. In one of his visit to his USA office, whilst coming back to Mumbai  his flight had some technical difficulties had to take a break journey at Dubai airport, captain announced that because it will take more than 8 hours to arrange a backup flight for the passengers to do the onward journey to Mumbai  airline has decided to give passengers a hotel stay, as Sam was crossing  immigration and his passport was scanned, immigrations officer's computer screen was alerted for the fraud he done 8 years back, soon police caught him and put him in jail

Since last 2 years Sam is cooling his heels in Dubai jail
