Real story inspired from two diffrent persons life

Kaiser was suspended from his work since last 6 months on false charges of corruption by the college management, he was science teacher for the class 11th and 12th in Rizwan college, he use to teach Physics, Chemistry and Biology to the 11th and 12th class of student, he was good at his work and also a favorite teacher among the students, he was a believer of that class room is the best place where student can get their proper knowledge and a non believer of the tuition classes and this is where the differences raised between Kaiser and the college management. College management always wanted the teachers to go slow in teaching in the class room and pressurize students to take up tuitions and extra classes to cope up with the studies and recommend the tuition classes which is run by the management nexus, these strategies were never supported by Kaiser, so he was always a sore in the eyes of the management and they were losing chunks of students as he was good at his work, that's the reason management fabricated him in false corruption charges and suspended him from work and brought a new teacher who supported the managements strategies.


Since last 6 months he is coming to the college for the hearing on his case, management would give some lame excuse and postpone it for a week or so, today he is again on one of those visit to the college, one of the management committee member Mr. Joshi gives indirect hint to Kaiser that management is in no mood to take him back in service they will prolong the decision as long as possible till he himself resigns the job and quit the institution, and also suggest that he take up some private tuitions to cover up his expenses and recommends Gaurav Patel of std. 11th who needed a private tuition at his home, Kaiser would not have taken up this offer had he not been suspended from work, ever increasing expenditure made him change his own ideology, Mr. Joshi is also not so generous that he cares about Kaiser, it is just that no one want to take Gaurav as their student, he was weak in his studies and much slower than other students, taking up him as student in the tuition classes is to risk the reputation of the classes

Gaurav Patel was the son of the famous Patel builders, Kaiser took up this private tuition and religiously taught him the subjects, it was very tough job for Kaiser to teach Gaurav but as Kaiser would, he took extra care and efforts better teaching methods to teach Gaurav. Within no time two years passed and Gaurav passed his 12th standard he secured 62% in science subjects, this was no way near his colleagues in the classes but compare to Gaurav's standard that was an achievement

To cover up his day to day expenses Kaiser started doing private tuitions, now its five year since Kaiser was suspended from his work lot of things have been changed since then one of them was the college management, he gets a call from the college for a meeting, he goes to the meeting with a taught that probably college must have terminated him after all these five years but won't make any difference to him, to his surprise college management gives him a verdict of not guilty and apologies for all the inconvenience caused to him and issues him cheque for all this 5 years arrears, and ask him to rejoin his service, but Kaiser says that he is habituated to his new life style where he takes up couple of student and concentrate on the studies properly and also that he would retire next year he would like to retire from the college prematurely, college management respectfully agrees to his argument and settles his arrears and gratuity

With this money Kaiser decides to get settled and get a home for himself, his wife suggest that why don't he have a chat with Patel builders as he had taught their son Gaurav, Kaiser says that all they have is 10 lack rupees where as Patel builders being big builders all their apartments are form 80 lack to 5 crore or may be more, but his wife insist that he should talk to them if it is not in their budget they will look out for somewhere else, after lot of persistence Kaiser decides to meet them

Kaiser goes to Patel builders office and sends message across to Gaurav's father about his arrival, Gaurav's father was in a meeting and sends back message asking about the purpose of the visit, Kaiser sends him the message about his purpose. After 1 hour of waiting, a person comes and says that boss is still at the meeting and asked him to show couple of apartments to you and he will see you in the evening, It was bit of shock for Kaiser, he expected that Mr. Patel will come out and say at least 'hi' to him, anyways he accompanies the person to see the apartments, to his shock all the apartments were big and beautiful and much beyond his expectations

After seeing all the apartments in the evening he goes and meets Mr. Patel, he ask Kaiser so which one of them you like to go for, Kaiser says all of them are nice, big and beautiful but those are all way beyond his budget, Mr. Patel insist any particular apartment he liked the most, Just to answer, Kaiser says that the one with the sea facing, Mr. Patel turns to his secretary and says "Sanjay get the property papers ready for this property to transferred to Mr. Kaiser's name take all the details from him and I want this to be done in next two days", Kaiser interrupts but Mr. Patel how much it will cost me, Mr. Patel turns back to him and says "those 40,000 Rs which I paid you as fees for my son Gaurav's study I want it back"
