Chitti the Enthiran dismantles himself, and he is placed in a museum
Vasi and Sana gets married to lead a happy married life, set off to Kashmir for their Honeymoon, During their Honeymoon Sana takes promise from Vasi that he won't be doing any more research on the robotics, though Vasi didn't liked it, as he loves Sana so much he agrees to the promise
They are back from their Honeymoon and starts leading their happy life, Vasi was offered the chief's post at DRDO, he refuses to take up the post saying that he is no more interested in the robotics research as he had promised Sana, inside his heart he knows that robotics is his first love second is Sana but kept distance from robotics because of the disasters previous attempt
Soon Vasi and Sana are blessed with twin baby boy, both boys looked bright and very cute and one of the baby's eyes showed some aggression, seeing aggression in her son's eye Sana looked tense and tried to hide it, and Vasi takes them in his hand start playing with them
The twins were named as Adarsh and Aman, Aman is the one with some aggression
Adarsh is a normal intelligent active boy, Aman shows signs of super intelligence and super power, it doesn't take much time for Aman to learn new things and he shows much more power than a normal kid and gets anger with smallest thing
The twins are grown up now, they are 7 years
Sana is getting ready to go to shopping, she sees that Adarsh and Aman are playing and notice that Aman is bulling on Adarsh to stop that she gives a tight slap on Aman's face, Aman gets angry and gives Sana a look and goes out and loosens car tire's nut bolt in which Sana was suppose to drive to shopping, Sana leaves for the shopping, one her way car tire comes out and she meet with an accident and she is admitted in hospital and is struggling to survive, Vasi gets the news and immediately leaves for the hospital. There Sana tells that before marriage when Chitti the Enthiran kidnapped her she was raped by Chitti and she suspect that Aman could be the son of Chitti and she dies.
After cremating Sana, Vasi takes both Adarsh and Aman to medical lab and does all kinds of medical checkup on them, he gets terrified after seeing the medical reports, He finds that Adarsh is a normal kid from the DNA reports and Aman is half human and half robot, which means that Sana got conceived when Chitti raped Sana and that too when Chitti had that red chip inside him which means that when Aman grow up it will be very difficult to control him, so whatever action need to be taken it has to be taken now, but Vasi has promised Sana that he won't be doing any research in regards to robotics and he is having sleepless night, Sana's soul comes in his dream and says that she takes back her promise and ask him to save Aman, even though Aman is Chitti's son but Chitti was also his creation that makes Chitti his own part. Vasi agrees to it and gives a light kiss on Sana's forehead for taking back her promise and making his vision clear, Sana's soul vanishes in thin air
Vasi goes to his robotics lab, which he kept closed since last 8 years, he reads lots of books and articles on internet tries to find solution for this, but he is unable to find right solution, so he decide to destroy Aman, before destroying Aman he goes to the museum and tells Chitti the situation, Chitti who had dismantled himself now wants to become active and wants to see his son. Vasi agrees to Chitti but says he need to find a solution for Aman as Aman cannot be destroyed as he is part human and also cannot be dismantled and kept in a box. Chitti agrees to Vasi's condition
Vasi takes Chitti to his house where he meets his son Aman, Chitti is very happy to see Aman his son and plays with him to analyze him, after playing with him for a while, he goes and meet Vasi and tells him that 80% of Aman's body is human and only 20% is robot now, but as time progress he may become more robot and less human it will take anywhere between 20 - 25 years and he can max become 80% robot 20% human and can never become 100% robot. Chitti explains, because Aman is part made up of Sana's DNA and part of him, we should try to activate Sana's DNA more so that he stays more as human. Vasi ask Chitti how to activate human portion of Aman more. Chitti explains because Sana's nature was more love and caring, once he grows to 20-22 years he will fall in love with some girl at that time his human portion become more active and robotic portion become dormant but we should be very careful that his robot portion doesn't get more active.
Adarsh and Aman are now in college they are grown up as smart attractive handsome big boys, Adarsh is more charming and gets along with pretty girls very well, Aman is more tough he is more into sports, dance, fight etc, Aman always comes handy to Adarsh whenever physical help is needed and Adarsh's job now is to make Aman fall in love with one pretty girl. In the same college there are two girls Priya and Pari. Adarsh and Priya are already in love they help Aman to get along with Pari.
On the other side the Russians are now succeeded in making robot terrorist, they are planning attacks on Chennai as their first attack in the series of attacks planed on India.
Pari finds out that Aman is half human and half Robot and she reveals her original identity that she is an undercover cop on a mission to find out Russians plan and she discloses that Russians are planning to attack on Chennai and says Indian govt. wants help of Aman's family's to foil Russian's attack
Vasi, Chitti, Adarsh, Aman and Pari sat down together to plan the counter attack on Russian
Vasi and Adarsh goes to the lab to support them on software front Aman and Chitti leaves to stop the terrorist robot and Pari leaves to give them army backup
After a big fight they could manage to save the Chennai city from the attack, but in this fight Aman is badly hurt they rush him to the hospital, Chitti says he would like to perform the operation to save Aman, during the operation Chitti remove all the robotic parts of Aman and replace it with human parts, now Aman is complete human
Chitti says that his job is done now he will dismantle himself and put back himself in the museum, everyone suggest that he been a very responsible citizen and he need not dismantle himself and stay with them as family and Indian govt. takes him in the Indian Army

AD : Shankar saar check out Sean Foot's profile, he is a great makeup artist, he has done Lord of the ring series, we should use his services in some movie
Shankar : Interesting. Let's plan something
AD : I have shortlisted some of the getups which he can do for us
Shankar : These 4-5 let's keep for the hero and these 4 we keep for the villains
AD : Are we going to give 4 getups to villain
Shankar : NO we will have 4 villain
AD : Saar what will be the story
Shankar : we will work it out at a later stage, let's concentrate on the getups, Sean is costing us very heavily, so we need to make best of him
AD : Saar, Music?
Shankar : Talk to ARR, Just pick up some songs from his bank, if we pick song from his bank, we will get good discount, any ways we need not ask him to create custom songs for us, his songs will be any ways hit, we just need his name
AD : What if we can talk to ARR just to lend his name only and we use some local musician from Chennai, it might cost us even lesser.
Shankar : Not a bad idea, let's do that in our next project.
AD : Saar Actors?
Shankar : Let's make this an international appealing project. Vikram as hero, Heroine take some firang, for villains pick from Hindi and Malayalam movies, check out who is popular nowadays in comedy?
AD : Saar Santanam is quite popular saar, also saar powerstar also got quite fan following on social media
Shankar : OK take both of them.
AD : Saar script? they will ask na, before signing.
Shankar : Just tell them my name, no one will ask.
Shankar : So what are the getups we shortlisted for the hero?
AD : Saar body builder, super model, sick patient with lots of boils on his body with a hump and Narsimha look.
Shankar : Let's begin the movie with the Sick patient look, this should be the USP of our movie and let's start on a negative note
AD : How about a kidnapping of the heroine from her marriage and than we will go on flash back.
Shankar : Great idea, you will surely make your name in this industry.
Shankar : Start the flash back with the body builder get up and show him from a lower middle class with no sense of style and make sure that his body display is done elaborately, whatever it takes, use Fx liberally. 
AD : And he fantasies about the stylish Super model our heroine.
Shankar : Super model is a good idea, we can show her doing loads of ads and we can get sponsors for in film ads.
Shankar : Good and show her stylist as super sexy gay, that's what everyone show na, fashion stylist as gay, right? let's not take risk by showing a stylist as normal person.
AD : Good Idea saar, this is the first time in Tamil movie we will see a super sexy gay.
Shankar : Show heroine's colleague as chauvinist, that's how we can bring the hero into her life.
AD : Ok Saar than we can send them on an Ad shoot to foreign, how about Malaysia?
Shankar : Ad shoot idea is good, Malaysia is no no we have seen Malaysia so many times in Tamil movies, let's look out for new location, how about China?
AD : Good saar, we can have some Chinese fights also incorporated in.
AD : At this point we can have hero's third look as very stylish
Shankar : Good, but before we get into this point, make sure we have some random comedy shots of Santanam and Powerstar and some random songs are slide in.
AD : Saar we have one more look of Narsimha shortlisted, where do we use this?
Shankar : Create a dream song and use it over there.
AD : Saar we have used almost 2 hrs, we haven't shown anything yet, but love angle of hero heroine, is it a love story.
Shankar : Make sure till this point we have used all emotions of the hero, fantasy, love, action, ambition, comedy, agony, arrogance, innocence, idiot, style, sacrifice, respect to women and elders, social commitments, from here we show he is taking revenge.
AD : Revenge what revenge saar?
Shankar : Just create back stories of 4 villain and randomly slide it in, just keep one suspense we will revel it in end and we will have elaborate climax showing hero taking the revenge, during this process we will give the villains their getups and that's wrap up
Shankar : Yes ask PC to do the cinematography, he is the best who can capture all these.
AD : Wow! saar this is going to be one super hit, saar you are genius.
